Challenge
Multiplex is an annual film festival held in Porto, Portugal. The goal was to create a visual identity reflecting filmmaker Sara Driver’s distinctive cinematic aesthetic while developing a flexible system that could work consistently across different media, including citylights, posters, printed materials and social media.
Approach
Together with designer Gabriela Osóbka (PL), we were responsible for developing the concept and the complete visual identity, including the wayfinding system, key visuals and their application across both print and digital outputs.
Impact
The design was selected by a professional jury and subsequently produced across the festival. The identity established a consistent and recognisable visual language across all festival touchpoints and was positively received by Sara Driver herself, who attended the festival in person. The festival programme ran for one week.
